Some products may be offered through Shopify Collective and may be fulfilled directly by independent suppliers.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for any reason, including:

Shipping restrictions.
Errors in customer information.
Supplier or fulfillment limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

6. Shopify Collective Products

Certain products may be sold through Shopify Collective.

For these products, an independent Collective supplier may fulfill and ship your order directly to you.

The supplier may also be responsible for certain aspects of customer service, returns, replacements, or refunds.

If an order contains products from multiple suppliers, you may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers.

7. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders may be delayed because of inventory availability, supplier processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

8. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on a product listing, required by applicable law, or provided under a specific Shopify Collective supplier policy, all sales are final.

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges.

Certain suppliers may have their own return or refund requirements for products they fulfill. Where applicable, those requirements may apply to your order.

9. Cancellations

We may begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may not be possible once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
